Stichting DARA Europe zet zich in voor kansarme kinderen en hun families in Cambodja. Hierbij ondersteunt DARA Europe de Cambodjaanse stichting Stellar Child Care Organization (SCCO). SCCO biedt onderwijsprogramma's, familie-ondersteuning en zorgt voor werkgelegenheid in het dorp Andong, een krottenwijk dichtbij de hoofdstad Phnom Penh. Onze missie: DARA Europe wil, door een structurele financiële ondersteuning ten aanzien van veiligheid en hygiëne, gezondheidszorg, voeding, onderwijs en opvoeding, de kinderen in Andong laten opgroeien tot gezonde, zelfstandige volwassenen met kans op een goede toekomst.
