Description:

Water is de 1e stap uit de armoede. Water is Leven. Mpilo betekent 'leven'. Leven dat voor een groot deel afhangt van de toegankelijkheid van basisbehoeften. In Zimbabwe is er gebrek aan schoon water. Vrouwen en kinderen moeten kilometers lopen om aan drinkbaar water te komen. Mpilo Foundation helpt afgelegen dorpen en scholen door ze de beschikking te geven over schoon water. (Door waterputten met een gemiddelde diepte van 65-70 meter).
